- Tandem Flights Only:
ParaglidingAgadir.com provides tandem paragliding flights only. We do not rent equipment for personal use. - Eligibility:
Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use our services. - Reservations:
All reservations for tandem flights must be made through our website, email, Whatsapp or via phone. We require full payment at the time of booking to secure your reservation. - Payment:
Payment for the tandem flight will be made on board at the day of the activity. - Cancellation:
We offer free cancellation up to the time of your scheduled flight. Please note that we don’t charge you until the time of the activity. If you need to cancel your scheduled flight or if you don’t show up for your flight, please let us know as soon as possible. - Weather Conditions:
The safety of our customers is our top priority. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your flight due to inclement weather or other safety concerns. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your flight at a mutually convenient time. - Liability:
You understand that paragliding is an adventure sport that involves certain risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death. By booking a tandem flight with paraglidingAgadir.com, you acknowledge and assume these risks. You agree to release and hold harmless paraglidingAgadir.com, its owners, agents, and employees from any liability arising from your use of our services. - Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during your trip, including cancellation due to personal or medical reasons. - Personal Belongings:
ParaglidingAgadir.com is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your tandem flight. We recommend that you leave valuables such as jewelry and electronics at home or in a safe place. - Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
